Is Eraly safe to play on eraly.io?

The official privacy policy, terms and rules were rechecked on 2026-10-27. They describe a daily game with no account or ads, not a service with no data collection. This is an unofficial policy review, not a malware scan, penetration test or guarantee of safety. Infinite checkout was not tested.

What the privacy page commits to

• No ads and no ad tracking on the daily game.
• Google Analytics. In the EU, UK and Switzerland you choose OK before analytics cookies; No keeps an anonymous signal.
• Progress, the day’s result, wardrobe, sound, and a few visit flags live in localStorage on your device.
• The daily completion report contains the day index and total score, not individual guesses. That is only one data flow, not a claim that nothing else is sent.
• The first daily visit contributes to aggregate counts, including the referring website and country. Ratings contribute to rating counts; messages keep their text, time, game context and country. Do not put personal information in messages.
• The policy says the game does not keep IP addresses in those counts and deletes its scrambled anti-spam identifier after a day. It separately says the hosting provider may briefly retain technical logs, including IP addresses. A font service also sees the IP address when fonts load.
• Infinite adds a Google sign-in. Google shares an account id, email and first name. The site stores purchase status and which puzzles you have played.
• The policy describes the payment provider as seller of record and says Eraly does not receive card details. This was not independently checked against a purchase.

The public pages reference Google font and analytics services; earlier browser research also observed Google sign-in on Infinite. The directly fetched home-page headers included HSTS and no X-Frame-Options or CSP header. Those observations are neither a complete network inventory nor a safety verdict, and missing framing restrictions are not permission from the owner to reuse the game.
